Returns

Due to the hygienic nature of wigs, hair extensions, and hair care products, we only accept returns under specific circumstances.

You may request a return if:

• You received the wrong item.
• The item arrived damaged or defective.
• The item is significantly different from what you ordered.

To be eligible for a return:

• You must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
• The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.
• All original packaging, tags, accessories, and documentation must be included.
• Proof of purchase (such as your order confirmation or receipt) is required.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

• Wigs that have been worn, cut, styled, dyed, washed, or altered.
• Hair bundles that have been opened, installed, or tampered with.
• Hair care products that have been opened or used.
• Clearance, sale, or promotional items (unless they arrive damaged or defective).
• Gift cards.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

When contacting us, please include:

• Your order number.
• A description of the issue.
• Clear photos or videos showing the item and any damage.
• Photos of the packaging, if applicable.

After reviewing your claim, we will determine the appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, exchange, or refund.

Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

If your refund is approved:

• Your refund will be processed to your original payment method.
• Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable, except where the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are:

• Damaged during delivery.
• Incorrectly shipped by us.

Exchange requests are subject to product availability.

Order Cancellations

Refused Deliveries
